


Ignasi Cubiñá is a founder member and director of EcoIntelligentGrowth s.l.
A biologist by training, he boasts with fifteen years’ experience in the business world, in the food and pharmaceutical ingredients sector. Restless by nature, Ignasi has decided to dedicate his time and efforts to developing a new relationship with the natural environment. He was founder and creator of the gourmet olive oil company Avieno and is a lover of terroir cuisine.
His role in the company is to manage and motivate the team and to seek the best solutions for each client’s individual needs.
A lover of the open air and sports, he is the father of Hèctor and Ruben, and the husband to Victòria. He lives in a detached house “being converted into a sustainable home” in Corbera de Llobregat, and is keenly aware of the biophysical limits of our planet …and of his limits, too!
Looking after his vegetable patch, contemplating the heavens, gardening and going on strolls with his dog are some of his favourite pastimes. He has made the waste=food idea his life’s leitmotiv.
