Approach to sustainability / support strategies to further obtain a LEED certification for the first time in Spain, in a building designed for tourism. We execute the strategies developed in an engineering project to coordinate and implement them in the design and construction phases of the project. EIG serves as Director of the LEED Project, and beyond the scope of the certification rating system, as adviser to the property and faculty manager in the search and optimization of the most appropriate solutions for the proper functioning in use phase of the facility.

The idea is to make an integrated treatment for the whole project, in close collaboration with the architect and property, covering the stages of development, implementation and use phase of the establishment, based on the principles of Cradle to Cradle. This is our flagship project, with its unique framework and maximum commitment.
