EIG is involved in the development of an urban project for an office park of mixed use, as a special adviser in (bio) sustainability. We joined the project in the pre-preliminary phase, to study the potential of the site uses, and the relationship with the environment, with the aim of improving from the initial phase, energy behaviour and material flow, with the ultimate intention to optimize its ecological footprint.

EIG collaborated with the owner in a private architectural competition, as well as in the selection of candidates for the ruling and evaluation of applications. The project, if implemented, would be capable of being evaluated and developed on systems based on metrics for sustainability of the LEED type, for possible certification. EIG therefore participate in the design, industrial ecology strategies and sustainable for this project.
