EIG coordinates the study of energy behaviour of the building and indoor air quality, with the intention of achieving LEED certification.

Since the development of the project, prior to the intervention of EIG, the proposed measures were aimed primarily at reducing energy demand, the implementation of renewable energy (solar thermal) and ensuring comfort in use phase.

The project is under construction, and with it we hope to complete the first LEED design beyond our borders. For this project EIG has the support of the company ASOLBA s.l. as an energy adviser.
