education and dissemination Finally, we reach the culmination of our project, which is none other than the dissemination of the cradle to cradle paradigm throughout society. We know that this is no easy task, but we feel we should educate a little and try to explain and share our viewpoint with the community at large.

The need to reduce our ecological footprint, and do so rapidly, forces us into the role of teachers, a duty which we cannot shirk. This is something we can do in different fields and at different cultural levels, aimed at people of different ages and backgrounds.

By means of events, educational capsules, publications, practical examples, participating in different seminars and forums, our aim is to reach as many people as possible in an entertaining, practical manner. We can contribute our practical experience to the efforts of part of the academic community, with whom we agree, that postulates that limits exist, and that we cannot ignore the evidence any longer.

Climate change, the loss of biodiversity, the rise in price and exhaustion of non-renewable resources are consequences of an imbalance which we believe can only be countered by dedicated, effective investment in education. Doing so at a local and regional level, with a global perspective, is an exercise in moral responsibility for EIG.
