Strategies for Climate Change Mitigation. Roadmap towards a circular business model.

Since the beginning of its activity the winery Eccociwine clearly understood that the smartest way to carry on its activity is taking care of resources and people. Its production has been certified three consecutive years CeroCO2 and is working to continue along these lines.

Beyond past achievements on climate change mitigation strategies, Eccociwine’s current challenge is to close the material and energy cycles. Along with EIG, it is working on the ways available for energy production from biomass and on-site treatment of organic waste.

The scope of the project includes also packaging and commercial and logistics strategies. A comprehensive approach to the transformation towards a circular and positive business model.
